Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services of Praxis International Staffing and Management Inc. ("Praxis", "we", "us"), a recruitment agency licensed by the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) under licence no. DMW-463-LB-12262024-R.

By browsing this website, submitting an application, or sending a manpower request, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

02

Fees, costs and payments

Recruitment costs are allocated in accordance with DMW regulations, the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act, and the terms of the applicable recruitment or service agreement. Anything payable is disclosed in writing before it becomes due.

  • Every legitimate payment is documented and covered by an official receipt.
  • We never request payment through personal bank accounts, couriers or e-wallets.
  • Any person demanding money on our behalf outside these channels should be reported immediately to info@praxisintl.com.ph.
03

Obligations of applicants

When applying through Praxis, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete and current personal, educational and employment information.
  • Submit only authentic documents, certificates and identification.
  • Attend scheduled interviews, trade tests, medical examinations and PDOS sessions.
  • Comply with the laws of the Philippines and of the destination country.

Misrepresentation, falsified credentials or non-disclosure of material facts may result in disqualification from the recruitment process at any stage.

04

Obligations of employers and principals

Employers engaging Praxis warrant that they will:

  • Hold valid legal status and the right to employ foreign workers in their jurisdiction.
  • Complete accreditation with the relevant Migrant Workers Office (MWO) before deployment.
  • Offer contracts that meet or exceed DMW minimum employment standards.
  • Provide the agreed wages, accommodation, insurance and repatriation coverage.

Service scope, fees and timelines for each engagement are set out in a separate recruitment agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

05

No guarantee of employment or visa outcome

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer, and visa or work-permit approvals rest with government authorities. Praxis manages documentation and coordination diligently, but cannot guarantee any specific outcome, processing time or approval.

06

Website content and intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, photographs and page layouts on this website are the property of Praxis International or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use; any reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires written permission.

Job listings, country guides and salary indications are provided for general information and may change without notice.

07

Third-party links and services

Our site may link to embassies, government portals, partner employers or verification tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

08

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Praxis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profits or opportunity, save for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular our obligations as a licensed recruitment agency under DMW rules.

09

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Recruitment-related disputes may be brought before the DMW, the National Labor Relations Commission or the courts of Metro Manila, as applicable.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The revised version takes effect once published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
