Compliance & Licensing
Ethical recruitment is not a slogan — it is a licence, an audit trail and a set of rules we are accountable to. Here is ours, in full.

Our compliance framework
Four layers of control cover every deployment we manage.
DMW licensing
Our licence authorises the recruitment and deployment of land-based Filipino workers. It is renewed and audited by the Department of Migrant Workers.
MWO accreditation
Every employer we work with is accredited through the Migrant Workers Office covering their country before any deployment takes place.
DMW / MWO accreditation serviceContract standards
Contracts are checked against DMW minimum employment standards: wages, hours, overtime, insurance, accommodation and repatriation.
Data protection
Applicant data is processed under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and, for EU placements, GDPR-aligned safeguards.

Protect yourself from illegal recruitment
Verify the licence
Ask for the licence number and check it against the DMW registry of licensed agencies.
Insist on receipts
Any legitimate payment has an official receipt and a documented basis. Undocumented cash requests are a red flag.
Check the job order
A real vacancy has an approved job order and an accredited employer behind it.
Never pay individuals
Praxis never collects money through personal accounts, couriers or e-wallets.
