Overview

What Is MWO Accreditation?

MWO accreditation is the mandatory verification process conducted by the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) under the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for foreign employers who want to hire Filipino workers.

Formerly known as POLO accreditation, this process confirms that the employer is legitimate, compliant with Philippine labour standards, and able to provide proper welfare and protection for Overseas Filipino Workers.

For employers, MWO accreditation is the first essential step before any Philippine recruitment agency can process hiring and deployment.
