What employers should know
There is no MWO in Warsaw, Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn. Polish employers submit the zezwolenie na pracę or oświadczenie together with KRS/CEIDG registration to MWO Prague; Baltic employers file their national work-permit decision the same way.
- Company registration or trade licence, valid and translated where required.
- Signed employment contract meeting DMW minimum employment standards.
- Proof of the work permit, quota or sponsorship route being used.
- A manpower request naming positions, headcount and salary per position.
